Persistent rules for the calendar you already use.

Heldrey works on top of Google Calendar. Google Calendar stays your calendar and system of record. Heldrey applies the behavior you configure whenever relevant events are created or changed.

Heldrey isn’t a scheduling link. It automates how your Google Calendar behaves before, between and after meetings.

Core automations

What can you automate?

These aren’t five disconnected tools. They are all rules in the same system — visible, editable, and traceable.

Automatically color Google Calendar events

Apply colors by title, description, organizer, attendees, email or domain, calendar, or other matching conditions.

See color automation →

Stop back-to-back meetings

Automatically add buffer time before or after the meetings that need it.

See meeting buffers →

Automatically block travel time

Let meetings with a physical location trigger travel protection using the locations and travel settings you configure.

See travel-time automation →

Calendar Sync

Show personal time as Busy on your work calendar without sharing what the event is.

See calendar sync →

Invitations waiting for a response

Protect the slot until you decide, then remove the temporary Busy hold when the invitation is resolved.

See pending invitations →

One rules system

Conditions in. Predictable actions out.

A rule says when Heldrey should evaluate an event, which conditions must match, and which compatible actions to apply. Rules created in the visual builder and through MCP are the same rules.

01

Triggers

Evaluate the rule when an event is created or changes, or when a relevant invitation arrives.

02

Conditions

Match title, description, organizer, attendees, internal or external status, attendee count, location, video meeting, calendar, duration, day or time, RSVP, recurrence, and other supported details.

03

Actions

Change color, add buffers, block or skip travel, create preparation or follow-up time, set Busy or Free, and protect cross-calendar availability.

04

Combinations

Combine compatible actions when one matching event needs more than one predictable result.

Stop back-to-back meetings

Buffers that belong to the meeting.

Automatically add buffer time before or after the meetings that need it. Heldrey draws occupied time as solid ink and held time as a brass section, making the relationship clear before the rule is enabled.

Client call
OccupiedHeld

The meeting occupies 45 min. The following 15 min are held.

Preview and explainability

Know what will happen. Then know why it happened.

Preview a rule against relevant events before enabling it. Later, the Activity trail shows each change and the rule that caused it.

Needs Attention

When judgment is required, Heldrey asks.

Unknown locations, changed events, connection problems, and other cases that cannot be resolved safely remain visible until you decide what happens next.

Dashboard

A concrete record of quiet work.

See changes applied, what you undid, failures, active rules, and recent activity. No invented time-saved claims.

Google Calendar automation

Make the calendar behave consistently.

Heldrey keeps your Google Calendar behaving the way you want — whether you configure it yourself or let your AI assistant do it for you.
