Trust & control

Your calendar stays private. The automation stays inspectable.

Heldrey is designed around predictable automation, visible rules, explainable actions, and a clear boundary between team administration and personal calendar content. Built with SOC 2 readiness in mind.

Your calendar stays in Google Calendar

Heldrey is an automation layer, not a replacement calendar. Google Calendar remains the system of record. You choose which calendars Heldrey can use.

Configured rules determine what happens

Heldrey performs deterministic actions based on the rules you enable. The same conditions produce the same configured behavior.

Minimum necessary access

Heldrey asks Google only for the calendar access the product needs. Your Google connection is stored encrypted. Heldrey never sends invitations and never messages attendees.

AI is not in the execution loop

An AI assistant can help you configure a rule. Heldrey then applies that rule itself — it does not call a model to decide each calendar change.

Team privacy

Share administration. Keep calendar content personal.

A Team admin can manage membership, seats, invitations, and shared templates. That role does not reveal a member’s calendar events, event descriptions, attendees, personal rules, personal Activity, or personal Needs Attention items.

Automation you can inspect

See what will happen, what happened, and why.

Preview

See which events match and what the rule will change before enabling it.

Activity + Why?

See what Heldrey changed and trace the action back to the rule that caused it.

Undo

Reverse supported actions without manually reconstructing the calendar event.

Needs Attention

When a safe result requires judgment, Heldrey surfaces the case instead of guessing.

AI and calendar data

The assistant configures. Heldrey executes.

No ongoing AI dependency

Once a rule is configured, Heldrey does not need an AI model in the execution loop to keep applying deterministic behavior.

One rule system

Humans and AI assistants configure the same underlying rules. MCP does not create a separate class of hidden automation.
