You can keep three automations active, with additional slots available through referrals. Free is a complete plan for one calendar, not a limited preview of Productive.

Every new account starts with 30 days of Premium, with no credit card required. Try Productive features such as Calendar Sync, unlimited automations, and Advanced rules. You can also try Team by selecting Team trial in the app.

If you haven’t chosen Productive or Team, your account moves to Free. You can stay there for as long as you want. Your saved rules remain, while paid-only automations and calendars beyond the Free allowance are paused. If you have more eligible automations than your allowance, Heldrey keeps the highest-priority ones running and lets you choose which to keep in the app.

Colors and other event settings already applied remain until you change or undo them. Future Heldrey-created blocks from paused automations are cleaned up after seven days.

Choose Productive when you want Heldrey to manage more than one calendar or sync availability between work and personal accounts. It also includes unlimited active automations, Advanced rules, live travel calculations for 100 meetings per month, longer activity history, and batch undo.

Yes, with Productive or Team. Connect your own accounts, choose the calendars Heldrey should manage, and decide where to sync availability. Free manages one calendar and does not include Calendar Sync.

Productive covers the calendars you use for your own work and personal life, including calendars you own or have permission to edit. For several people, choose Team so each person has their own account and controls.

By default, Heldrey creates a private Busy block with the original title hidden. It does not copy the description, guests, location, or meeting links. You can choose to show original titles if you want, so keep titles hidden when protecting private events.

It marks the time Busy on the destination calendar so people and scheduling tools checking that calendar can see you’re unavailable. It does not reject invitations or prevent someone from creating an overlapping event.

One enabled custom rule counts as one, even when it combines multiple conditions and actions. Invitation holds and Travel Time each count as one when enabled. Drafts, disabled rules, and paused rules do not count.

For example, one rule that colors client meetings and adds a buffer, plus invitation holds and Travel Time, uses three slots. Calendar Sync is paid-only; a one-way sync uses one slot and a two-way sync uses two, within the unlimited allowance on paid plans.

Standard rules use a single list of conditions: match all or match any. They can perform multiple actions, including colors, buffers, and reminders.

Advanced rules let you nest groups and mix AND/OR logic, negate conditions, and stop later custom rules after a match. Productive and Team also include conditions for particular calendars and Google accounts. The everyday actions themselves are available on Free.

Yes, on every plan. Reorder your custom rules to decide which runs first. If two matching rules change the same field, the higher-priority rule wins. Productive and Team also let an Advanced rule stop later custom rules after a match.

Travel Time uses one active automation slot. Free includes live travel calculations for three qualifying meeting occurrences per calendar month. A meeting’s allowance covers both travel directions and later recalculations for that occurrence; recurring occurrences count separately.

After those three meetings, additional qualifying meetings get a fixed 30-minute travel block plus your extra margin for each applicable direction. With a 10-minute margin, that is 40 minutes. Meetings already granted live calculations keep them. Productive and Team include 100 qualifying meetings per person per calendar month, shared across their calendars. The same fixed-block fallback applies after that allowance. Meetings already granted live calculations keep them.

No. Your extra margin is part of the Travel Time settings. It does not use an additional automation slot.

Heldrey processes upcoming events within the next 30 days and continues as that window moves forward. Changes are processed automatically, so calendar results may take a short time to update.

Yes. All plans let you undo a supported individual change from the last seven days. Productive and Team can undo up to 200 changes together. Heldrey checks whether the affected field or block still matches what it wrote and flags a conflict if it detects a later change.

Activity history is separate: Free shows 30 days, while Productive and Team show 365 days. A longer history does not extend the seven-day undo window.

No. You can create and manage automations directly in Heldrey. If you prefer, connect a compatible assistant through MCP to draft rules, preview results, and explain changes. MCP is included on every plan, and your normal Heldrey plan limits still apply. Any separate assistant subscription is not included.

Yes. Once enabled, Heldrey runs your automations independently. An assistant can help set them up, but it does not need to remain open or connected for them to run.

Productive is for one person. Team gives each member Productive capabilities, adds shared rule templates and team administration, and bills everyone on one invoice. Five people are included, and each person controls their own calendars and automations.

No. Admins can manage membership and see team usage totals, but cannot view your events, rule contents, activity history, or items needing attention. Using a shared template creates your own copy; admins cannot remotely turn it on for you.

No. You can invite people with different Google account domains. Each person joins using the email address that was invited and connects their own calendars.

Team includes five people, including the owner. Each additional person is $14 per month on monthly billing, or $120 per year on annual billing—the equivalent of $10 per month. Extra people are added to the same Team invoice.

Your saved rules and connected calendars remain in your account. Your access returns to your own applicable plan or trial, usually Free if you have no other entitlement. Automations and calendars outside that allowance are paused, and you can manage your choices in Heldrey.

Productive is $20 month to month or $180 for a year, equivalent to $15 per month and a 25% saving. Team is $70 month to month or $600 for a year, equivalent to $50 per month and a saving of about 29%.

Annual prices describe a full year paid together. Monthly plans are billed one month at a time.

Open the plan settings in Heldrey to review Productive or Team, choose your billing frequency, and confirm your selection. You’ll see the subscription price before confirming. For Enterprise or specific requirements, contact us.

Yes. We may update features and usage limits over time. For material reductions, we normally provide at least 30 days’ notice. If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel before the change or within 30 days after it takes effect and receive a prorated refund for unused prepaid time, including annual subscriptions. Necessary urgent changes may have shorter notice, but the refund right still applies. See our Terms of Service for details.

Share your referral link with someone new to Heldrey. An eligible new user gets 15 extra days of Premium when signing up through your link, for a total of 45 days.

You earn one extra Free active-automation slot after they activate a calendar, enable an automation, and Heldrey makes its first successful calendar change. Each qualifying referral adds another slot. Those slots do not expire and are available whenever you’re on Free, subject to referral eligibility rules.

Team invitations do not qualify. If the referred person joins your team within 30 days, that referral reward is removed. Self-referrals and previously used Google identities do not qualify.

Referrals add active-automation slots to Free. Calendar Sync, extra managed calendars, and Advanced rules still require Productive or Team. If you upgrade and later return to Free, your eligible earned slots are available again.
