Every new account starts a 30-day Premium trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends, the account moves to Free unless a paid plan was chosen. There is no automatic paid conversion.
Names and prices are on the pricing page. This page does not repeat them.
What counts as an active rule
Free includes 3 active rules. Invite Hold and Travel Time each take one of those three when switched on, because Heldrey counts a module as one rule. Custom rules count the same way. Calendar Sync is not on Free; when it is available, it takes one slot, or two when it runs both ways.
A qualified referral adds one extra Free active rule. That earned rule does not expire and stays for as long as the account is on Free. The referred person gets 15 extra days of Premium on top of the standard 30-day trial, once they connect a calendar and start using Heldrey.
When you are over the allowance, extra rules pause. You pick which stay on in the app. Heldrey does not claim an order it cannot keep.
What Free includes
- 1 Google Calendar
- 3 active Friendly rules, counting modules as above
- Live travel time on 3 meetings a month; after that the travel block stays at 30 minutes plus your own travel margin (a 10 minute margin is a 40 minute block)
- MCP access
- Activity for 30 days
- Undo of a single action
What a paid plan adds
Paid plans add unlimited calendars that belong to you, unlimited Friendly and Advanced rules, live travel time for 100 meetings a month, Calendar Sync, batch undo, a year of Activity, and the ability to reorder rules and stop processing. Team adds those capabilities for each member, plus admin usage totals and one invoice for everyone. Team admins never see members’ events, rules, Activity, or Needs attention.
You can connect up to 10 calendars in the app. Contact us if you need more. Productive is for one person; Team gives each member a separate setup.
MCP is on every plan. It is not a separate plan and cannot process payments.
You can pause and resume Heldrey in the app. When an assistant asks to pause or resume, you confirm in the conversation.
Assistant-specific limits (preview rows, list sizes, connection lifetime) are on MCP limits.
