The assistant can show your plan and what is left, and can start an upgrade, which finishes on a Heldrey page. The assistant never sees billing details. MCP cannot process payments.
When you are near the wall, the assistant knows. Capacity advice reaches the assistant only when you are at or over your post-trial allowance, and is simply absent otherwise — so it mentions the limit when it matters and not before.
If the only shortage is the number of active rules, a referral is a real answer: an earned Free rule does not expire. When a paid capability is required, referrals are not an answer, because a referral adds rule slots and never a capability. Never invent a referral link, and never say who was referred.
