Invite Hold, Travel Time, and Calendar Sync are modules, not custom When / If / Do rules. Switching one on counts as an active rule. You confirm in the conversation before Heldrey takes that slot. This is not the custom-rule hand-off.
Invite Hold
The assistant reads the current configuration, proposes changes, and asks you before switching it on. Invite Hold places a placeholder on unanswered invitations. Nothing about an attendee is contacted.
Travel Time
Same pattern: configuration, preview, then your confirmation before it takes a slot. Travel figures Google measured carry Travel times and distances from Google Maps.
Calendar Sync
Calendar Sync is not on Free. The assistant shows a preview of what is mirrored where, and what is not and why, in the preview’s own words. You confirm before it takes a slot. A both-ways sync uses two slots and writes mirrors into both calendars.
Mirrors are Heldrey-managed. They are not evaluated again, so chained syncs do not loop.
