When the assistant sends you to Heldrey

Three moments an assistant opens a Heldrey page: connect Google Calendar, upgrade, and turn a rule on.

All three hand-off moments exist.

Connect Google Calendar

The page title is [assistant] asked to connect Google Calendar. It explains that Heldrey reads your events and writes only the fields it owns, and that nothing changes until a rule is on. Connect, then pick the calendar to manage. Google’s own consent screen is next. Heldrey never skips it. When you are done, go back to the assistant.

Upgrade

The plan page runs the same hosted upgrade as the app. When you finish, Return to your assistant is at the end. The assistant never sees billing details.

Switch a rule on

The page names the assistant that asked and shows the rule’s sentence. Subtitle: Nothing has changed in your calendar yet. Turn on rule applies it to the next 30 days and keeps applying it. Review the rule first opens the rule. Turning it off later stops it doing anything more.

Common to all three

The link is good for 15 minutes. It was created for the account you were signed in with.

If you see This link expired, ask the assistant for a new link.

If you see This link was created for a different Heldrey account, sign in with the right account, or ask for a new link.

If you merged Heldrey accounts, reconnect the assistant from the surviving account.

Accessibility options

These options stay in this browser. They add contrast, type size, and motion control on top of the site’s default accessible markup.
